Factory-integrated energy storage system built around LFP lithium-ion battery racks, a bidirectional power conversion system (PCS), a battery management system (BMS) and thermal management (HVAC or liquid cooling) housed in an ISO container or outdoor cabinet. It provides peak shaving, load shifting, frequency regulation and PV self-consumption, and can operate grid-tied or in islanded/backup mode. Multi-level fire detection and suppression plus cell-, module- and rack-level monitoring are included for utility-scale and industrial deployment.
